DIA have a Staffed 24x7 Help Desk and this is available to all Warranty and Contract clients.

Sales support is provided via telephone and remote dial-in, allowing our support engineers to directly investigate and remedy any problems that may arise with your system. One year's support is included in the workstation's price, with additional training, support, and system upgrades available for an additional fee.
